We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice we will gladly help you find a new time or release the appointment without penalty.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee and we may require prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled you may still be responsible for part or all of the appointment charge.
