Consent covers the following use cases: Event Management, Delivery Notifications, Customer Care, Account Notifications, Marketing, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and Security Alerts. Users opt in by providing their phone number and checking a required consent box. They can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
