If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; depending on the schedule we may need to shorten the service or reschedule it, which may result in a fee for the missed portion. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
