We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, a late cancellation may be charged a fee; a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time, but if we must shorten or reschedule your appointment, a late arrival may result in a charge.
We understand life happens. Please call or message us as soon as you know you need to change plans so we can accommodate you and other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future bookings.
