We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us through the same channel you used to book so we can reassign your time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you no‑show, or if you arrive so late we cannot complete your service, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking how to avoid fees and how late arrivals are handled.
If you’re running late, call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests.
