Within Tha Cut is a hair salon in Birmingham, Alabama. We focus on natural hair care and loc work, and we welcome clients of all ages.
We offer a consultation to tailor services to your needs and provide Princess Braids, Lil Royal Braids and Tha Crown Twist for braided looks. For loc care we offer Tha Loc Release and Tha Loc Refresher plus Tha Twist and Tha Twist Plus. Our King’s Treatment options include Tha Queen Experience and Tha Beard Experience, and we also offer Tha Glow and Tha Crown Chakra for color and self-care.
Visit us at 1600 Forestdale Boulevard. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sunday. You can book an appointment online from this page.

We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another guest. If you need to change your appointment, call or message us as soon as you can and we will help you reschedule.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how it will be collected. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
