Founded in 1996, the Winchester Electrology & Laser Center is owned and operated by Paula J. O’Byrne, Registered Electrologist and Certified Laser Clinician. Paula has thirty years of hair removal experience. We are proud of our profession and the results we can achieve. We hope to meet and serve you with only the highest quality of care.
