Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to change your appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any fee when we contact you after the missed or late appointment. If you are running late, call us—if time allows we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other clients.
