Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move your booking. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty. Arrivals more than a short time late may need to be shortened so we can be on time for other guests; we will still complete as much of your service as possible.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how to avoid it in future bookings. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to find a solution.
