We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice we’ll happily reschedule you or release your spot without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We’ll consider circumstances and do our best to be fair; repeat late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
If you’re running late, call us and we’ll try to accommodate you. If we can’t, we may need to treat it as a late cancellation.
