Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give us that notice, we will happily reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the remaining time we may need to shorten the service, reschedule, or treat it as a late cancellation.
