Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. Give us that notice by phone, text, or the booking system so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel later than 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you if a fee applies when you book and again by message if the situation occurs. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
If you are running late, call us. If we can still complete your service, we will; if not, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
