Your reservation includes use of the suite for the scheduled rental period only. Your rental time includes your entire visit, so please plan accordingly to allow enough time to enjoy your soak, shower, change, gather your belongings, and exit the suite before your reservation ends. Any use of the suite beyond your scheduled end time will result in an overtime fee charged in 15-minute increments. Overtime charges apply for each 15-minute interval, or portion thereof, that you remain past your scheduled reservation time. For example, remaining 5 minutes past your scheduled end time will incur one 15-minute overtime charge; remaining 20 minutes past your scheduled end time will incur two 15-minute overtime charges. By completing your reservation online, you acknowledge and agree to the overtime policy and any applicable fees associated with remaining beyond your scheduled rental period.
