We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call or use our online booking system to let us know so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and may be asked to prepay for future bookings.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so we can stay on schedule, and a late arrival may also result in a fee.
