Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments or may require prepayment.
