Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will happily move your booking without penalty and help find a new time that works for you.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee to cover lost time. We will tell you about any fee at booking and remind you in appointment confirmations. If unexpected emergencies arise, please call us as soon as you can and we will work with you on a solution.
