24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, arrive very late, or do not show, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover part of the therapist’s time. We understand emergencies happen; please call as soon as you can to let us know.
