Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, we will do our best to rebook you without penalty and help find another time that works. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged a fee to cover lost time and staff scheduling; we will let you know the fee when applicable. If you arrive late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests. For regular recurring appointments, repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future online booking privileges.
