We ask that you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours of notice. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show, you may be charged a fee.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full service when possible, but your appointment may be shortened so the next client isn’t delayed. If we cannot accommodate the remaining service due to timing, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged accordingly.
