If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book in the future. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if we cannot provide the full service because of late arrival, the appointment may be shortened and you may be charged as if it were a late cancellation.
