Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule appointments. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can offer the slot to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will contact you about any charge and it may be applied to the card on file or as a hold for future bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments. If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you, but service may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
