If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know any balance owed and the payment method on file may be used to cover that fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to book future appointments for you.
If you are running late, call us as soon as you can. If the delay affects the service, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
