24 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your booked time, we’ll happily move or cancel your appointment without charge.
If you cancel late, don’t show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved for you. We understand emergencies happen; please call us as soon as you can so we can do our best to help. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
