Cancellation policy

24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee; refunds are looked at case by case.

We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting others. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee, which we will explain when you book.
