24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show "may be charged a fee"; refunds "are looked at case by case".
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change your booking. This lets us offer the time to another guest and keeps our schedule fair. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or fail to show up, you understand we may charge a fee.
If you know you’ll be late, please call us — we will try to accommodate you when possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online. We appreciate your consideration and clear communication.
