Reiki is an energetic healing modality that provides the mind-body-spirit with the proper conditions for healing to occur; Sparking the body’s own innate ability to heal itself - by clearing out the old and channeling in the new, universal life-force energy. This also includes chakra work and crystal healing. * As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a channel for universal life-force energy, The energy travels through me and into the recipient. A client may combine Reiki with a massage, or choose to have a stand-alone treatment. Reiki can be done hands on, with hands-off beaming techniques, and can also be done via distant sessions – as life-force energy transcends time and space.
