Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid delaying other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to a deposit requirement for future bookings. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to change plans so we can try to accommodate you and other clients.
