Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give us that notice, we’ll happily rearrange your booking without penalty when possible.
If you cancel late, do not show, or arrive significantly late, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time; if that isn’t possible we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation or no-show fee may apply. We communicate fees clearly when booking and by message or phone before applying one.
