24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will do our best to move your booking or cancel without penalty. Please use the booking link, call, or text to notify us.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive very late, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you when a fee applies and keep receipts on file. If you arrive late we will try to give you full service time but may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients.
