If you cancel or move your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients, and a fee may apply if we cannot provide the full service.
