If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver your scheduled service, but we may need to shorten the appointment to stay on schedule. If your lateness prevents the service, it may be treated as a late cancellation and billed accordingly.
