24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.

If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect future booking privileges.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or through the booking platform. We’ll always explain any fee before processing it and help you find a new appointment time.
