Rescheduling Appointments • You may reschedule through the website on your own accord within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours you will need to contact Tiffany for the rescheduling. No Show or Late • If you are 15 + minutes late you will need to reschedule your appointment and depending on habits you may need to pay a deposit to hold another appointment slot. • No showing your appointment will require you to pay 50% of your appointment total before rebooking. Cancellations • If you need to cancel your appointment if at all possible please give a 24 hour notice: I understand life happens and will adjust accordingly. • If you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee No Show & Late extended • If you No Show more than 2x you will no longer be able to book with Tiffany & Skin. • Failure to pay deposit or fee will result in appointment slot not held or termination as a client.
