24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your booking so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your scheduled time; depending on the stylist’s availability we may need to shorten the service, reschedule, or assess a late fee. We’ll always communicate options and work with you when possible.
