Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer that time to another guest and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will notify you of any fee and how it will be collected. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service within the remaining time; if there is not enough time to safely deliver the service you booked, we may need to reschedule and the late arrival may be treated like a late cancellation.
