About
Licensed and in practice since 2009, I offer a unique experience, creating a safe space for you to unwind and reconnect with the calm that is ever-present within you. Drawing from years of study and practice in yoga, tai chi, various forms of meditation, and diverse massage modalities, I intuitively customize each session and allow the energies to flow naturally. You are empowered to heal yourself.

DirectionsCancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you give less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining time of your appointment, but we may need to shorten the session to avoid delaying the next client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
