Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily help you find a new time without penalty.
For late cancellations or no-shows, we may charge a fee to cover lost time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your service within the remaining appointment time; if the service cannot be completed as booked we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.
