24 hours of notice: We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This helps us offer the slot to another guest.
Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you do not show, or if you arrive late and we can’t complete your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when it applies. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. If you’re running late, please call; we will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
