We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you let us know before that time we will happily move or cancel your booking without penalty.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or very late arrivals may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved for you. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide your full service within the remaining time, but if the appointment must be shortened or rescheduled you may still be responsible for the service cost.
