Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel after that window or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within your scheduled time; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled because of lateness, you may be charged for the original appointment.
We’ll always communicate clearly about any charge and work with you if there are extenuating circumstances.
