Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can offer that slot to another guest.
If you cancel late, no-show, or arrive significantly late we may be charged a fee. A late arrival may mean we shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. We will always try to work with you when emergencies happen — just contact us as soon as you can and we’ll explain the next steps.
