24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is required. If you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will gladly rebook you without charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee.
We ask that you arrive on time so we can give you the full service. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid delaying other guests. Any applicable fee will be communicated clearly when we contact you.
