24 hours notice is requested to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours, a late cancellation may be charged a fee. No-shows may be charged a fee and repeated no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be reduced so we stay on schedule. If your service must be shortened, the full service price may still apply. We appreciate clear communication; call or message us as soon as you know you need to change plans.
