Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested so we can offer your appointment to other guests. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge and we’re happy to help you find a new time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.
If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you; service length may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients and the full service price may still apply.
