We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), you may be charged a fee and will need to prepay or place a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service to avoid affecting other clients; shortened services may not be eligible for refund.
