Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know within that window we will do our best to reschedule you without penalty and to offer your stylist another available time.
If you cancel late, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee to cover the reserved appointment time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online. If you think an emergency prevented you from giving notice, please call and we will review your situation with care.
