Cancellation policy
24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can offer the slot to another guest and avoid a charge.
If you cancel inside 24 hours, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you which fee applies when you book and again if we must charge after a late cancellation or no-show. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and will work with you when possible.
