We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We understand things come up. Please cancel or move appointments through our online booking or by calling us as soon as you know. If you arrive late we will do our best to see you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect your ability to book future appointments.
If a fee is applied, we will explain it and how to pay. We always try to be fair and communicate clearly.
