We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule within that window, if you don’t show up, or if you arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee.
We know things happen—call or message us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to rebook you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges. If you arrive late we will try to complete the service in the time booked; if that isn’t possible we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
