Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments or require a deposit for future services.
If something unexpected happens, please call us as soon as you can so we can work with you. We’ll always consider emergencies and communicate any charges clearly.
